In July 2021 sufficient votes were cast to approve the 2021 Budget and Special Assessment.

The Annual Meeting was called for April 27, 2021 - There were insufficient number of homeowners present to make a quorum. Follow up communication is underway to achieve a ratification or rejection of the 2021 Budget and Special Assessment. See Notes to 04-27-2021 Meeting Notice:
