Bay Court Condominium Association is governed under the Vermont State Statute Title 27A known as the Vermont Common Interest Ownership Act , "the Act", as amended effective January 1, 2012.
The Declarations and Bylaws found on the links below have not been amended to fully comply with the Act. A complete reading of the Act along side the existing Declaration and Bylaws should be performed for a thorough understanding if any of the existing Declarations and Bylaws are contradictory. In the meantime, the Directors of Bay Court look to the Act for governance if there are any questions in how decisions are made for the Association. Bay Court hopes to complete amendments soon that will bring the governance of Bay Court into full compliance without any cause for confusion or question.
